Where the money comes from. PassivePin has two revenue sources: (1) referral links — when you sign up to a service through certain links, the service pays us a commission or bonus, at zero cost to you; (2) display advertising via Google AdSense and Adsterra.

What we never do: sell ratings, accept payment for reviews, delete negative findings on request, or let an affiliate relationship decide whether a tool gets listed. Tools with referral programs and tools without them sit in the same ranking pipeline.

How you can check our work: every page shows its last-reviewed date. Status badges reflect observed payouts. Where we mark a tool PAYING, we have received (or seen verified proof of) payouts within the review window. Where numbers appear, they come from our own meters or aggregated reader reports — never from the vendor's marketing page.

Sponsored content, if it ever appears, will be labelled SPONSORED in the title area and excluded from rankings entirely. As of this update there is none.
