About PassivePin
PassivePin started with a simple frustration: every 'passive income' listicle on the internet is the same recycled affiliate spam. Ten identical links, zero evidence anyone actually ran the tools, earnings claims copied from each other's marketing pages.
We do it differently. Every tool in our index has been installed and run on hardware we own — Raspberry Pis, an Intel N100 mini PC, cheap VPS instances across three providers. Payout screenshots exist in our records. When a program stalls payments or changes terms, the status badge changes the same week.
What we index: bandwidth sharing apps, DePIN node projects, Web3 yield automation, and print-on-demand / digital product platforms. Four asset classes of what we call *automated digital real estate* — systems that occupy spare capacity (bandwidth, hardware, capital, creativity) and rent it out continuously.
What we don't do: shill pre-sales, promote cloud 'mining' contracts, list anything we wouldn't run ourselves, or publish earnings numbers we haven't seen with our own eyes. If a listing says PAYING, money arrived. If it says WATCH, something's off and we tell you exactly what.
PassivePin is run by a small team of infrastructure nerds who got tired of answering the same Discord questions about which node to run on a Pi. The whole site is static HTML — appropriately enough, hosted for pennies on serverless infrastructure.
Questions, corrections, or a tool you think we should test? Contact us — reader tips have killed more bad listings than our own monitoring.
